The short answer

On your own Mac: cheapest, and your own number

GoGHL, iBluSend and myCRMSIM bridge a Mac that's signed in to Messages with your Apple ID into HighLevel, so texts come from your own number. GoGHL needs a Mac on macOS Monterey 12.4 or later and an iPhone on the same Apple ID, and suggests renting a cloud Mac if you don't have one.

iBluSend needs your own HighLevel account and paces each line at 30 never-replied contacts a day, 50 once warmed (25 on its Solo plan).
